confused about career choice but definitely would like to become a GP...

i would really like to become a GP but the thing is that at my school (BARBADOS i can only study two sciences and so i was wondering if there is a way to work around this or i HAVE to have all three sciences please email at debeau-1@hotmail.com thank you
